Room available
Located in Jersey City, the place is about 4 blocks away from the Journal Square PATH station (10-12 min walk) and conveniently near restaurants and stores. My roommate is moving out in May and I am currently looking for someone who can take over his room when he leaves.
I rent the second floor of a three-family house.
It’s a 3bd/2ba with living room and kitchen. The bedroom being rented out is ideal for a single occupant with an attached closet and can accommodate a full bed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement, and also a laundromat around the corner of the same block.
The bathroom, living room and dine-in kitchen are shared spaces.
My ideal roommate is someone who is respectful of personal space, a non-smoker, drug-free, who can observe and maintain a clean living space especially the shared areas, sensitive to what is an acceptable level of noise, lgbtq friendly and who would not have any issues with rent payment.
The rent is $800, which includes internet, basic cable and utilities.
