Private room available in brand new townhome! My girlfriend and I and moving out into a new place and are looking for someone to take over our private room in a 5 bedroom/ 4 bathroom house. House has a 2 car garage with gym equipment, backyard, washer/ dryer and all brand new appliances. There are 3 other roommates (the 5th bedroom is currently an office) and they are all super nice, quiet upper 20?s males who keep to themselves. This will be a March 1st move in and, after July, you would have the opportunity to take over the whole house if you wished and bring in whoever you wanted as the other roommates will not be re signing the lease.
