2 bed, 2 full bath apartment in downtown Hoboken
Hi, my name is Nikki! I’m looking for 1 roommate to move into my 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment on August 1st, as my roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.
The address is 101 Clinton Street, 5th floor. Hoboken. It’s a 12 month lease for $2,950-$3,000 total per month, so $1,475-$1,500 each (the Landlord will confirm the exact price on June 1st) + security deposit + utilities (water is included.) The apartment includes a dishwasher, elevator, large closet space, 3 washers/dryers on every floor, and a nice view of NYC. Packages are brought up to every floor and mail is locked up in the lobby. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the PATH, 5 minute walk to Washington Street, and is directly in front of a bus stop.
A little about me- I absolutely love to hang out with friends, go out, and workout! I’m a project manager at a pharmaceutical advertising agency, current working 99% of the time from home. I graduated from The University of Delaware in 2020, and I’ll be 24 in July. I’m on a kickball intramural team in Hoboken. Let me know if you’re interested and dm for more information/pictures! 😊
