It's a 10 min walk to the Path station and 8 min to ACME supermarket.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (walk up). The room is big enough to fit your queen size bedroom set and more.
My room is on the opposite side of the apartment so very nice for privacy.
Requirements are both 1 month rent and deposit (1 month)
Heat and water are included. Utilites are the internet $30/month per roommate and PSE&G is about $60.
Move-in date is flexible if you need to move in early.
