Current roommates are in mid 20's- Mid 30's, work in the city, female and male. Looking for someone clean, who is responsible, fun, and easy going (like us). This is one of the few houses (not apartments) in Hoboken, a rare find.

Utilities are around $150-$175 (internet, gas, electric, house supplies) includes weekly cleaning service that includes your room and all common areas. No formal long term lease required. Washer and Dryer in house.

Ideal candidate is mid 20's-mid 30's Female/male, either outgoing or reserved, gainfully employed, clean, and ok with occasional dinner party. No cats please.

First month and 1.5 month security required. There is no formal lease but looking for long term roommate. Ideal for someone moving to the area.
