Large Room Available in Hoboken Apartment

Looking for a female roommate to fill a large private bedroom with shared bathroom in a huge duplex apartment on Madison Street in Hoboken! 4 bed and 2 bath total with female roommates in their mid-20s to early-30s.

The apartment features a huge living room/dining room and open kitchen with tons of storage. The bedroom has a large closet and fits a queen bed, desk, 2 dressers, and a night stand.

The building is a 3 floor walk-up with 4 units. Features an outdoor patio in the back of the apartment and an elevator (chair lift) if needed.

Apartment common spaces are furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked. I am selling some of my furniture so we can discuss if needed.

Rent is $725 a month (an actual steal!) and utilities are about $80 a month per person (Verizon Fios TV and 1gb internet and electric). Heat and water are paid by the landlord.

December 1 move-in but can be flexible with earlier move-in if needed. Lease is month-to-month. Long-term is preferred, but not required.

The landlord lives on the first floor and is amazing and very responsive.
