Spacious Room for Rent in Hoboken

Looking for someone to take over my lease at the beginning of September! The lease goes through the end of January, however there will be the option to renew should you wish to stay!

This is my third year living in this apartment and I love the room, the location and the roommates! The apartment is quiet, in uptown Hoboken, but minutes away from lively downtown Hoboken/easy transportation into NYC - best of both worlds! There is a Trader Joe's and a Rite Aid across the street with a CVS and a NYSC just 2 blocks away!

The room is very spacious - currently fitting a full-sized bed, desk&chair, dresser&storage units, and a double-door sliding closet. Great for working from home! Willing to include the furniture in bedroom (all lightly used) for a small added price. The living room is also furnished with existing furniture from all of us but we can discuss bringing in anything you?d like.

The current tenants are two young women professionals. Both are fairly busy both during the week and on the weekends. Weeknights generally consisted of the bachelor and laying low. Pre-Covid19 weekends varied between traveling, brunch in the city or a low-key weekend in watching movies! Everyone in the apartment has been taken the advised precautions to avoid exposure to Covid19, including social distancing/wearing a mask. We are all very clean and easy going!

Heat is included, but a fan or an AC unit is suggested in the summer. Utilities, internet and cable are split among us - ranging from $40-50 a month. There are laundry facilities in the building.
