One room available in a great Hoboken apartment!

One room available in an amazing apartment located in uptown Hoboken. Room can fit up to a queen size bed along with a dresser and other furniture. The room also has a tall closet with lots of storage possibilities. Apartment has updated appliances like a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment will be fully furnished. We are also on the fifth floor so we have a great view of Hoboken and NYC. You would share your bathroom with one other roommate.

The apartment is a fantastic location. We are within walking distance to Trader Joes, CVS, Walgreens, Chase Bank, and New York Sports Club (NYSC). Our NJ Transit stop is also a 3 minute walk away so if you commute to the city you have two Hoboken and one Jersey City bus routes that take you into Port Authority. It also means you don?t wait longer than 3 minutes during rush hour times for a bus. We are the second to last stop so commute time is anywhere between 8 and 20 minutes depending on traffic. For those who take the path it is around a 25 minute walk if you want the exercise or a short bus ride which is also only a 3 minute walk as well. The landlords are also super responsive and easy to reach. It honestly is a high quality apartment for the price in a location that I feel is the best in Hoboken (but I might be biased!). I?m sad to be leaving.

You will be living with two awesome professional women in their late 20?s who are kind, friendly and clean. We all have our own lives but also enjoy hanging out once in a while watching movies and TV shows. There is also an adorable terrier mix named Pearl who is super sweet and well-behaved. She belongs to one of the roommates so you will get to enjoy all the fun sides of having a dog with none of the responsibilities!

Rent is $1180 with a $1180 deposit. Utilities (internet and electricity) are split among roommates and vary between $70-$90 per person. You will be signing a 10 month lease with an option to renew. Before signing, our landlord will do a background/credit check.

We are looking for a clean, respectful, young professional (female only) who is a non-smoker, doesn?t participate in the party scene but enjoys a good happy hour (when we had them!) and appreciates being close to NYC.
