We are super lucky to have a 2nd floor corner unit, and the unit faces trees/ inner courtyards of the neighbor buildings instead of the street (no street noise!!). The bedroom fits a queen bed and dresser comfortably. There are TWO large closets outside of the en suite bathroom which has a tub! The living room is yours to make homey ? bring your own couch/end tables/tv, etc. Your roommate is a 27 year old female that also works in Manhattan. She?s looking for a female, who?s also a professional in their mid 20s- early 30s, is clean/neat and friendly! Weeknights are usually low-key and the building is quiet.
