One roommate needed for a 2BR/2BA apartment in uptown Hoboken. Large bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. (see below for more details). Pets are welcome.

The other bedroom is occupied by a female professional in her early 30?s and her cat. We lived together for the last 7 years but I?m moving in with my boyfriend.

AVAILABLE January 1st.
-Rent: $1,250/month (due on the 1st of every month)
-Security Deposit: $1,725 security deposit (due in advance of moving to secure the room)
-Proof of income required

-Utilities not included in rent: Wifi, electric/central AC/heat. Hot water
-The cost of the utilities is split 50/50 and varies dependent upon usage. (Estimated monthly amount per person is around $100)

Must give me at least a month and a half notice prior to moving out. You will be added to onto the lease. The lease is up in September with the option to renew.

-Coin operated laundry in basement of building. ($1washer, $1drier)

Bus to NYC is only a few steps away- just across the street and the ferry is two blocks away, the path is a short bus ride. Building is also conveniently located around the corner from Kings Food Market, Walgreens, Sparrow liquor stores, Starbucks, and close to many great restaurants and bars.

This is a 3rd floor walk-up. Living room and kitchen are pretty big for Hoboken with a dishwasher. Extra storage shared in basement.

Looking for someone who is considerate and respectful, drama-free, clean, non smoker, does not have frequent guests nor 'bring the party home', and has a stable job.
