Walking distance to Acme, Trader Joe?s, Shop-rite, 10th and Willow, and many other bars. 5 minute walk to Washington Street, 10-15 minute walk to the PATH. Ten steps to the 126 bus line. Apartment's shared areas come furnished with 2 couches, a comfortable chair, kitchen table and 5 chairs. The bedroom accommodates a queen bed, dresser, and full length standing mirror easily. There are also two large wall to wall closets in the room. The apartment is handicap accessible. Very high ceilings makes it look even more spacious than it appears in pictures. Utilities are under $100 per person per month. We currently have a cleaning service come bi-weekly to keep everything tidy and fresh.
