1 BR in Luxury Apt 5min from Hoboken PATH

My roomie and I are looking for a third person to join us in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that's a 5 min walk to the Path station and close to all the restaurants along Washington St in Hoboken! Available for flexible move-in Nov/Dec with no fee!

The room we're trying to fill has it's own ac/heat, closet, and is big enough to fit a queen size bed and a dresser. The best part is the apartment windows face east so there's a lot of sunlight! We're a corner unit so the living room is extra spacious with windows on two of the walls with views of the One World Trade building and Manhattan skyline. The kitchen is also super new with an electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher with a good amount of counter space.

The monthly rent for this room is a flat $1400 not including utilities and internet. We split both of these charges evenly each month, and it typically comes to about $30. As we are looking to backfill our current roommate moving to the South, there is NO BROKER FEE and only a $100 security due at signing.

The building itself has a bunch of amenities too. There's a gym just one floor down with several treadmills and ellipticals, some machines, and a bunch of weights. The laundry room is right next to the gym, and both areas have doors that lead to the balcony. There's fake turf grass, a lot of lounge chairs and couches, and two grills with free gas! The building has free wifi in these shared spaces too. There's a small courtyard out front as well with chairs for people to lounge, but the rooftop balcony is definitely the best spot. We also have a doorman service called HelloAlfred included in our rent that can complete simple chores like mailing packages, cleaning up, and taking care for trash/recycling once a week.

About us: We're both easy going and friendly women in our 20's so we're always down to hang out or grab brunch on the weekends. We're also happy to keep to ourselves if you like your space! Some nights we'll hang out and chat or play games and other nights we'll just silently sit in the living room on our laptops so whether you're super extroverted or super introverted or something in between, I'm sure you'll fit in with us!
