I like to describe my house as a peaceful place where I can relax. I'm looking for a respectful roommate with some of the same qualities. I like to keep my house clean and organized. I prefer someone who is quiet in the house and in the 28/30 years or over. About the apartment: Apt located on a very quiet, tree lined street, in central Hoboken. The building is very quiet, all neighbors are professionals. The backyard is available for BBQ's and small gatherings, equipped with a table and grill, close to all major transportation. Ten minutes Manhattan via Path or Bus, 3-4 blocks to Light Rail. Supermarket, walk to food, bars, shops, gym, post office etc. You will have your own very spacious room with a LARGE closet to be in Hoboken, the room is bigger than average and has a lot of sunlight on different seasons. The apartment has central air and heat. The rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment which allows for privacy (the room is empty). The apartment is furnished, except for your room. We will share one bathroom, however there's enough room for your personal stuff. The apartment has wood floors, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances. I don't have pets, although love them :-) You, as an ideal roommate: Pretty relaxed person, drama free, responsible, male or female in 28-30's or over with a stable income and full-time work.
