Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a young professional (F) to fill our third bedroom in our amazing apartment in uptown Hoboken. The room for rent is cozy and very bright, with a private closet and room for a full sized bed. The apartment is in a great location- a private street but steps away from bars, restaurants, Trader Joe's and more. There is also an elevator in the building and laundry in the basement.
We are just two blocks from the ferry to Manhattan, 14 blocks from the PATH and one block from the bus stop (20 min to Port Authority Bus Terminal). Super convenient for NYC commuters!
My roommate and I are relaxed young professionals working in Marketing- both very clean and do not bring the party home. Looking for a roommate who is friendly, clean and respectful.
