Hi! :-) 2 Young professional females seeking a female for the 3rd bedroom in our 3 BR (+ study)/1.5 Bath apartment. We keep a quiet home so not looking to bring the party to the apartment. Animal lover preferred. We welcome friends and guests to visit from time to time - just don't like to party in our place and prefer to unwind in Hoboken/NYC. We enjoy a good happy hour/dinner during the week as we both work hard and like to unwind with a good cocktail! I have lived in this apt for almost 4 years and Mallory moved in last year. We are very CLEAN and looking for Someone likeminded.
