I am moving into NYC with my fianc? and looking for someone to take over a lease in a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 Bath 950 sq. ft. apartment in downtown Hoboken. I own the apartment and rent out the other bedroom to a young professional male in his mid-twenties. He is a very easy, clean, and laid-back roommate and I'm looking for another tenant who is also a mature, responsible & gainfully employed non-smoker.

About the apartment: Large apartment with 2 floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, eating area, washer/dryer, and 1/2 bath for guests to use. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and walk-in closets. Easily fits a queen-sized bed and could fit a king. Location is great, right in downtown Hoboken and only a 12 minute walk to the path or an 8 minute walk to the bus. Close to many bars and restaurants but on a quiet street.

Apartment is move-in ready. Living room and kitchen furniture/flatware will be provided. In-window air conditioning units are also installed. Bedroom can be taken furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

Available Aug 15, 1 month sec deposit NO brokers fee. 1-year lease is preferred but negotiable.
Rent = $1,400 a month plus utilities (electric & cable: usually totals around $100/mo).
