Room in 3BR 1.5BTH - 2 Fl Maissonette, Near PATH

Looking for a new roommate for a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in downtown Hoboken, 10 minutes walk from Path station. Hoboken is populated with tons of bars and restaurants and is very close to Manhattan.

The current roommates are 2 men in their mid-20s, one is an animator who works in Brooklyn, the other is professionally a German who works at BMW, cause of course he does. We like to cook and socialize, are outgoing, and like an international crowd. Over the past five years, we have cultivated an international atmosphere, with past roommates being men and women from Turkey, Montenegro, Iran, France, Britain, and India. We are looking for someone open-minded and fun.

The apartment is two floors, Second Floor is two rooms + bathroom, First Floor is the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and half bathroom. The common areas are fully furnished, and the available room can come furnished for an additional amount.

Rent for the room is $904, so the first month would be security + month. Water is included in rent and utilities usually come out to about $100 per person give or take (including internet)

We like to keep the house clean and tidy and we have a cleaner that comes once a month.

There is also a washer and dryer in the building.
