Furnished Room and Bath for Rent in a 2/2 Near USF

Renting out 1 bed and 1 bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bath condo in walking distance from USF Tampa. It’s on the second story of a 2 story building so no upstairs neighbors.

The room comes furnished. All of the work materials and closet storage pictured have previously been moved out of the room. Also, the desk has been changed out for an L shaped desk.

All utilities are included! This includes water, electricity, and internet. Also, access to W/D on the unit’s patio.

Looking for a roommate that is quiet, clean, considerate, and respectful. When I am in town, I WFH so preferably someone has no issue at all with being fairly quiet from 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri. My mother sadly had a stroke recently so there will be a good amount of time where I will be caring for her in her home. For this reason, you will likely often have the apartment to yourself. This also means I am looking for someone trustworthy and won’t bring excessive amounts of guests over. Female is preferred because I am one. No drugs or smoking. Lastly, someone who won’t bring the party home unless agreed upon beforehand. I like my home to be a safe peaceful place and will give you the same consideration.

$50 application fee you would securely pay online directly to a background check website for a background check. $500 security deposit and first months rent to move in.
