I have a room available in my 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome. Rent is $1,200 per month (6-month lease preferred). We can negotiate month-to-month.

The electric bill will be split equally 3 ways. Everything else is included: High-Speed Internet, Water, Trash, Community Pool & Gym Access. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and outside lanai.

The room comes fully furnished with a desk, smart TV, and mini fridge. Plenty of street parking is available steps away.

I’m located in Pearl City with easy access to H1 and conveniently situated near Pearlridge shopping center, Safeway/Times/Don Quijote/H Mart/Foodland Farms/Sam's Club. Single occupancy only and no pets. I occasionally do pet boarding, so you must be okay with dogs.

Military welcome. Male roommate preferred. My current roommate is enlisted in the Air Force. Easy commute to Camp Smith, Hickam AFB, and Pearl Harbor.
