Cozy 2-Bed, 1-Bath Duplex

The room and house are both very spacious and cozy. There is an option for the room to be fully furnished if desired, but things can be sold if you have your own furniture. There is one covered parking spot which I use interchangeably with my current housemate, there is also plenty of street parking. The house is right off the Pali highway exit, in a quiet neighbourhood with a great patio view. It’s a short walk to the Longs, Safeway, and Downtown/China Town.

I work in environmental conservation and have lived on island for 2 years now. I do a lot of hiking, camping, diving and am rarely home before sunset. When I am home I’m usually reading, eating, or sleeping. I’m extroverted when energised but need alone time to recharge my social battery.

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate, kind, and genuine. I’ve put a lot of love into this living space and would like to share it with someone who values it too. Huge plus if you also work/study in STEM.
