There are good reasons why living beside a university is an attractive prospect, all of them present at the University Court. There's the well kept neighborhood, in a large part because of the school's tended and manicured grounds and often large green spaces, which include areas on your side of University Ave. There's also the stately, often vintage, buildings that are here, combining excellent architecture and heights that aren't intimidating or overwhelming.

It's just a more elegant side of Hawaii life on this side of UH in the neighborhood known as Lower Manoa. The 'Lower' area means you have the beautiful trees and greenery, but not the daily rain of the deeper valley section.

At University Court you get to enjoy thick canopied trees that shade you, both in your home and outside in the building's peaceful courtyard. There you can enjoy a good book, time with friends or just a relaxing time soaking in the beauty and activity of your surroundings.

Views extend out to the graceful environment you live in the midst of and makai to the city lights twinkling in the distance and the timeless Diamond Head herself.

Commuting and travel around Oahu is no problem, with an onramp to HW a few blocks south on the very street you live on. HE is a little further away, entered on Kapiolani Blvd just a few minutes drive away.

Bus commuters have stops a block from home on University or a walk of just two blocks on Metcalf St, providing a total of different lines to get Downtown or a lot of other places you might want to go.

Living beside a university pays off in many ways, but when you live by the University of Hawaii, you can add even more benefits to that list. All of them part of the University Court experience.
