2 Rooms Near Kapolei Makana & UH West Oʻahu

Two furnished rooms are available separately in a four-bedroom, three-bath Kapolei house near Ka Makana Aliʻi Mall and approximately 2.5 miles from the University of Hawaiʻi–West Oʻahu. Each room is $1,200 per month and is available immediately.

Utilities and basic Wi-Fi are included. Residents share the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard. A washer and dryer are in the home, and street parking is available. Each room is furnished, but renters are welcome to use their own furniture.

Move-in requires first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a $1,200 security deposit. A credit check, references, and a one-year contract are required.

The current household includes two women and one man. The home is nonsmoking and has one very small older dog. No additional pets are accepted. Couples may be considered individually.
