Single Room in 3 bed apartment in Honolulu

The condo is at the very end of University Avenue where it meets the Ala Wai Canal and a park. The living room looks over the park, the canal, and Waikiki. Great location and close to everything. About 10 minutes to UH, or to Waikiki. Very close to several bus stops and shopping. Private room and a full bath in a 3-bedroom condo. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor of this 2-level unit. Classy apt that is very relaxing. You would need to feel comfortable living with another (straight male) renter in his own room, and an open-minded male (me) who does massage therapy as a part-time job in the condo in a separate room. My massage clients are extremely laid back, quiet, and genuinely nice people. I am looking for one renter (no couples) who is tidy and clean. The rent includes all utilities, cable, WiFi, pool, gym, BBQ area, full-size washer/dryer in apt, and 24/7 security. I like keeping the entire place looking orderly and inviting, so you need to be very clean/neat. Full use of kitchen and living room. I am a professional, well-educated, clean, considerate male. No smokers, please. This is NOT a party place, but rather a place to come home to after a busy day and just completely unwind, relax and decompress. I can provide more information if you are interested in this prime room. There is no parking for a car, but there are stalls for a bicycle, motorcycle or moped for a nominal fee. A Biki Bike Share station is right in front of the building. Its a perfect set up for a laid back, easy-going guy (i. e. MALE - no females) who wants a nice escape from the dramas of life.
