My name is Amanda, I live in Kaneohe (near the Taco Bell) and I am looking for someone who might be interested in renting out my second bedroom beginning 3/18/23.
I live in a 2 bedroom/1 bath home with a full kitchen and a yard. To be clear, I will still be living in the home with my dog Kalea. I am 31 years old, plant-based, and I have a dog so my new roommate MUST be a dog lover!
The lease ends 10/01/23 when I intend to move out. You can, however, sign a new lease with my current landlord if interested in staying for another year.
The rent ($1,500) includes electricity, WiFi, access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+ etc.
