We have a Queen 2nd Floor BedRoom
Wifi, Dresser, Bedside Table & lamp with places to charge your phonen Large Closet....Shared Half Bath, and small Living Room Upstairs.

Rent for 1 Person: First of the month.
$870 which includes Wifi, Utilities, Cable, Water. .Late fee on the 5th is $75.

Street parking for cars in 2 places close to the house.
Deposit $500 holds your reservation
Cleaning fee $50 that is taken out of your deposit. We all put in for household supplies at the first week of the month ... posted on kitchen table.

Household Rules: Clean as you go in cooking, Every one helps with household chores or someone will be hired to do your chore and you will be charged. Lock back door when no one is up on the 1st floor. Turn off light....let's leave a small footprint.

Upper Kalihi Valley, centrally located, has always been known as a Place of Healing int he Islands. The Kahuna used to do bone healing at Naohia Triple Waterfalls ( a short gentle hike from the house). It is said that the Mother of Pele was born under the Kilohano Mountains.

We are simple, Ha`a ha`a (humble), Ho`ihi (respectful) with lots of Aloha. Our Kupuna (Elders) teach us that there is Balance in Nature that we need in our daily lives. . . . So the Rainforest Calls with Makani(light breezes) that make the trees dance and sing their Mele (song) to us as we take to time to listen once again..

Usually we have night rains from the mountains and a bit cooler.

We have a 38lb Blue Heeler service dog. No feeding.
No other animals accepted. No young children.

We do showings by appointment only10;00-12:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
