The unfurnished room includes split A/C with a ceiling fan and great natural light. The home includes dishwasher, washer and dryer, and parking.
Monthly rent is $1,200 per room plus electric and WiFi (deposit is also $1,200). Tenants have two dogs and a cat so they prefer not to take in any more animals.
