It is conveniently located 10 minutes from the H3 Freeway, 3 minutes from Aikahi shopping center, a 10- minute drive or 15-minute bike ride to downtown Kailua.

Our home is furnished in a mid-century modern style with furnishings from both Room & Board and Crate & Barrel. All bedrooms are furnished with Casper or Tuft & Needle (master) queen size mattresses. You’ll also be able to enjoy cooking and entertaining from a stylish open-flow kitchen remodeled in 2022.

You’ll enjoy this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house with one other person. The owners are moving off island, so you’ll get the master bedroom with your own private bathroom. Privacy amongst you and your housemate is created in the floor plan where your room is distanced by the 2nd bathroom and a middle/guest room. The middle bedroom can be used for occasional houseguests and/or shared storage of your belongings split with your housemate.

About you: mature, tidy, professional who will care for and help maintain the home and yard. No drama!

Your Housemate: A professional educator, active male in his early 50’s who spends most of his time out of the home. He is social, flexible and easy-going.
