Furnished room with private bathroom attached

The room is on the 14th floor and it is a walker's paradise with the central location. It gets a nice breeze from the crosswinds with it being higher up. There is a full size bed in the room(with pillows/sheets/comforter) along with a night stand and remote ceiling fan. The bathroom is connected and has a large marble vanity, flat mirror, marble walls and a closet with double sliding mirror doors. The shower has a stone finish with marble walls and is in the middle of both bathrooms so you will just lock the door on the other side to make it a full bathroom and once you're done with the shower, unlock the door and the other tenant will do the same when he uses the shower. The shared furnished kitchen is large and open with updated appliances and marble countertops. There is a shared living room with a mounted smart TV with all the streaming available, bluetooth A/C unit, WIFI, and washer/dryer. The living room is right beside the outside lanai area which has some great city and mountain views. The other tenant is a military contractor and works mon-fri. Very nice guy around 38 years old. He's in a running club and is active. He has lived in the unit for about two years now. I can answer any other questions directly!
