Aloha! Cozy room in shared home near campus in Hilo, $650/month

We have a lovely bedroom available for one woman in our peaceful older plantation home, just a short distance from UH Hilo and the Community College.

It’s the biggest room in the home with tons of closet and storage space. You’ll share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom with one other woman housemate. The room comes with an off street parking spot, and you’ll have access to our fully equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, and in-unit laundry.

Our backyard is a little oasis with fruit trees and a coconut palm. If you enjoy gardening or just relaxing outdoors, you’ll love it here. We’re environmentally conscious and like to line-dry laundry when possible to keep utility costs low for everyone and compost our food scraps.

We’re looking for another woman to complete our trio of roommates. We value a calm, substance-free home (no drinking or hard drugs), though 420 is fine. We’re friendly, respectful of each other’s space, and looking for someone who appreciates the same low-key atmosphere.
