The house is located close to Washington Ave. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and table and two small closets. Its attached to a small back yard for common use. The room comes with its own private bathroom.
The house is located close to groceries, restaurants, and bars. It is very clean and quiet. The room is located on the first floor.
The price comes with everything (i. e., utilities, wifi). Parking is on the streets. If you prefer parking in the garage, it will come with additional cost. The price is flexible. If you would like to offer service in exchange for the a portion of the rent, it would be negotiable (i. e, cleaning, etc.). The full rent is $825 without parking in the garage.
Lease term is flexible.
Currently the owner lives in house by himself. I am a professional, clean and free of covid-19 (so should you).
Preference will be given to someone who is not a smoker, good hygiene, and with no pets.
