I am a single parent with a pre-teen son. You will have access to a private bed and bathroom. The room comes with a full size bed, tv, and mini fridge. You are welcome to share the kitchen and living space along with the laundry in unit. You will additional cable and utilities. The room will not be available until the first weekend in August to vacation and family being in town.
