I have private bedrooms for rent in a single family home. Each bedroom is fully furnished with king/queen size beds, linen, dresser, night stand lamp, area rugs, and smart tv. The room are $825/$150 deposit for a 28 day short term rental. The larger room with 2 closets is $900/$150 deposit. All utilities, WiFi, and washer/dryer are included. The common areas bathroom, living room, dining room, sun room and kitchen are fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, water/ice dispenser, pot, pans, dishes, utensils. Coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. There are cameras on the exterior of home for a peace of mind. Centrally located in Avondale near bus line. 5 minutes from University of Cincinnati hospital, Children's Hospital, UC college, Xavier university and the Cincinnati Zoo.
