There is an opening for a bedroom located at 932 N Main St Glassboro, NJ 08028. It is a single family home located within walking distance of Rowan?s campus. It is also seconds away from the shopping areas. The room available is actually the master bedroom of the house. The room is VERY large. There is no furniture inside the bedroom but the rest of the house is furnished in common areas. There are 4 total bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Currently 3 males live there until the end of the lease August 31, 2020. This lease would be from now until August 31, 2020. The rent is $600/mo with a one-time $600 security deposit required at move-in. The electric, gas, cable/internet are paid by the tenants. The water/sewer and landscaping is paid by the landlord. There is to be NO SMOKING inside the house. While I personally love dogs, I cannot allow them in case someone is allergic. However, if all of the tenants are ok with it (and don?t have allergies) you can have 1 dog in the house. there is currently 5-car off-street parking. There is a kitchen, dining room, living room upstairs and another living room downstairs. There is a large sunroom as well. There is a washer and dryer in the house as well.
