Own bedroom own bathroom on your own floor. Shared living space and kitchen. Pets are welcome. My boyfriend and I currently have a Beauceron (Doberman mix) 4 month old puppy, he is so friendly though and loves everything and he’s curious about cats, he just wants to play. Feel free to bring a spouse. Spouse rent however is a little bit more increased of course because utilities will be used more. The cost of spouse ( two person couple) with be $950/month. Friends and family are welcome and a background check is mandatory.$50 Deposit fee for any damages caused while living here. Rent lease agreement can be any length of period in month increments. Utilities are included except WiFi. PUPPY IS STILL BEING POTTY TRAINED. We throughly clean the house as much as possible.
