I’m renting a private room with its own private bathroom in a spacious home located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in Conyers. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best for you.

Utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent and so is parking. The home also has a working washer and dryer. It is about a 12-minute walk from nearby shops and restaurants, including QT, Chipotle, and a Waffle House.

I’m a military veteran, work full-time, attend school full-time, and may soon begin working a second job. When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym or visiting friends and family in the city. The home is peaceful and very clean.

I would prefer a responsible person with a steady work history (no uber or door dashers), a student, or someone working toward getting back on their feet. The most important things are being respectful, dependable, clean, and able to pay the rent on time.
