House is currently still being remodel. No bedding is provided tenet will need own mini fridge one will not be provided. No smoking in house couples are expected to pay an extra fee. Utilities are not included security dogs are in the backyard for protection. Kitchen is a share area but clean up after yourself. if rules or payments are broken (3x) it can be grounds to be removed for property. When term is over you can renew or receive deposit and go to your new home. Thank you
