Quiet room for rent. Looking for the right fit

I'm looking for a reasonable, respectful roommate to rent a private one bedroom, one bathroom in a more low traffic home. My goal is to find someone who values a more calm, low stress. Living environment is looking for a place to truly feel at home.

A little about the home:
Share living room, kitchen and common area

Pets live in the home so you must be comfortable around animals.

My daughter who is on the spectrum is with me most all the time. She is a wonderful kid and I'm looking for someone who is patient, understanding and respectful.

I'm hoping to find someone who doesn't have a lot of visitors or frequent foot traffic. This is not a party house, it's a quiet place where everyone can relax.

I'm looking for someone who is:
Clean and picks up after themselves

Pays rent on time

Respectful of shared spaces

Friendly but understands and values their personal space

Looking for a peaceful place to live whether short or long-term
