I have 3 private bedrooms available for rent in my home in Dallas, GA.

🏠 Room 1: Private bedroom + private bathroom
🏠 Room 2: Private bedroom + shared bathroom
🏠 Room 3: Private bedroom + shared bathroom

All tenants will share the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Utilities are shared among the household.

I'm looking for clean, respectful, responsible tenants who pay rent on time and help keep a peaceful home.

Requirements

• Proof of income or employment
• Security deposit required
• First and last month’s rent required
• References from a previous landlord are preferred
• No illegal drugs, excessive drinking, parties, or criminal activity
• Must clean up after yourself and respect shared spaces
• No additional pets

Occupancy

• One adult per room is preferred
• Couples may be considered
• Children may be considered depending on the situation

The central A/C is currently not working, so I want to be completely upfront about that before anyone contacts me, schedules a viewing, or applies.
