My home currently resides in the oxford area in a quiet HOA subdivision so there are rules as far as that goes with parking and not on the road or on the yard itself but my drive way is more than big enough to accommodate any vehicles. As for The Guest bedroom for rent it is fully furnished with a queen size bed and dresser and has a full separate bathroom with walk in closet!! There will be a $35 late fee if rent is late.. but everything is included and your free to use the kitchen for cooking but please clean it up when your finished and “Food Is Not Included” I purchase mine and you get your own and I need to put this out now that My Office, Living Room are off limits and keep in mind you are renting a “Room” that is $750 a month from the time you move in and your more than welcome to ask any questions regarding this room and what it has to offer!!
