2 rooms for the price of one

Hey im liz I currently rent a home and have 2 rooms available one is smaller with no closet would be great for a kid or an office. the other room is larger with tons of closet space, 2 in fact to make up for it and you have your own bathroom off the hall as I have my own bathroom. The home is a 4 bedroom 2 bath. There is a washer dryer hookup i moved in beginning of march and have not purchased one yet and would be willing to go in half to get one with you if thats something your interested in. I have 3 kids who only stay the night 2 nights a week and who are here with me during the day till dad gets off or in school monday through friday. They all play outside mostly and are very well behaved. I dont care if your a single perso and work from home or a couple with a kid or 2 or a single parent . We can make it work . Pets are welcone especially cats and small dogs there is a fenced in yard . Its on a quiet street . I very much keep to my part of the house unless my kids are here. Im a work and home type person but im not anti social I vape cigarettes welcome outside only. 420 friendly outside only though I do not partake anymore. I work anywhere from 4-6 pm and am not home till 12 pm- 2 am 5 nights a week. Im an ally im Harry potter and stranger things obsessed girly who needs help paying rent . And we split utilities.
