Beautiful property in Dahlonega GA. 10 minutes away from the square and UNG, 20 minutes from Dawsonville. The room is on the second floor and has spacious closet, TV, and queen sized bed. Full private bathroom is upstairs as well.

I like to keep things simple so garbage, internet, electricity, and water are covered and rent is a flat 800/month on a month to month lease. Shared kitchen and shared washer/dryer which are located on first floor. I also have a fenced backyard that you may use whenever you like if you have a dog.

I’m currently a registered nurse at Northside Forsyth Hospital and work 3 days a week, dayshift. It’s just me and my sweet dog Sadie. I live on the first floor and am very relaxed and easy to get along with. I respect quiet hours and am approachable, understanding, and willing to work with you should there be any requests or issues
