Assistance Needed!

Looking for a roommate to help ease the pressure. My wife and I just moved into the area and need some help getting stable footing.

We have a dog named Maxwell who is a very good boy, but unfortunately, we can not house any additional pets.

We have a room on the east side of the house that's currently being remodeled for rental. Aside from a mini fridge, it will be unfurnished. Since my wife and I plan on making this house our forever home, you can decorate it however you like! Just don't punch a hole in the wall lol. As for the bathroom situation, we did state that there isn't a personal bathroom, but there is a separate full bathroom that we don't use.

We have everything except a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat very close by within walking distance that we’re currently using until we can get a set for the house. Since we just moved in and are finally settling down, we're still setting up and working on getting additional things for the living room space(It's a work in progress ^^;).

You're free to use the stove and kitchen utensils, but we like to keep things tidy, so please clean up after yourself if you do. You can also start using the washer and dryer when we manage to get those in.

We're very lgbtq friendly in this house, so if you are a part of that community, this will be a safe space for you. If you have aligned interests and aren't awkward about silent company and little interaction, that's great! We're introverts. Aside from those, just please be respectful of the people, property and belongings as this will soon be the permanent home for me and my wife.

Also no smoking on the property under ANY circumstances.
