I am a middle aged woman going through divorce, and caring for her elderly mom in search of a quiet, clean, and respectful roommate. The room is upstairs. It has a full private bathroom. The subdivision is quiet and clean. The home is in a cul de sac. You will have access to WiFi at no additional cost, but you will need to assist with 1/3 of the other utilities (electricity, gas, water, trash). You may also use the washer and dryer and of course the kitchen. My mother is usually in the living room watching television. She has caregivers who come and assist her. I have a terrier mix (Yorkie and unknown) dog and unfortunately he does not play well with other animals.
