The bedroom is jack and Jill with a PRIVATE bathroom as only one side of the room is rented out. I REQUIRE VALID ID BEFORE VIEWING THE PROPERTY. If this is a problem for you, I’m willing to speak with you so as for you to be comfortable sending ID but I won’t put the current tenants safety at risk anymore then I would put yours. NO SMOKING/drug use/or loud music. NON SMOKERS PREFERABLY. Driveway to park in. Must be a clean person and easy to get along with. 😊 All rooms in home have individual locks on the doors.
