Room is in a ready to move-in state with no obligation for long-term lease signing. Property is on a quiet and very safe street surrounded by a lot of greenery and has a private backyard. Comfortable, spacious home with lot of privacy. There is another tenant in a 2nd Private Room who travels very frequently. Location close to all major shopping such as Walmart, Costco, and Aldi.

Room comes fully furnished with brand new furniture and includes:
1. Very comfortable queen-size bed and mattress
2. Night stands and 6-drawer dresser.
3. Large walk-in closet. Pictures can be provided upon request for serious inquiries.

House is fully equipped with following appliances:
1. Washer/Dryer
2. Dishwasher, Conventional Oven
3. Toaster, Air Fryer, Coffee-Maker
4. 2-3qt Instant Pot, Rice Cooker,

Living room has a very beautiful stone (wood-burning, gas start) fireplace for fall/winter season. Enough wood provided during initial move-in. Needs to be replenished out of pocket, or by hand on the property if needed for your own use. Gas grill available in backyard.

Rent includes:

1. All utilities and hi-speed internet.
2. Rent payment schedule can be every 2 weeks or monthly, on 1st of every month.
3. Rent prorated for the no. of days occupied in the month remaining, if moving in prior to the 1st of the month.
4. Security deposit of 1-month's rent is required and is not negotiable.

Ideally looking for a working professional who is financially stable, clean, neat, and respectful of the property/space as a renter.

Background and credit check, along with state identification required. Application process is online and takes 1-day for approval. Renter's/Sublet lease agreement outlining terms and conditions will have to be e-signed.

Other room is occupied mainly as storage for the other tenant who travels a lot and comes in occasionally to gather his belongings in between travel. Due to limited occupancy of the other tenant (male), this tenant will have the additional advantage of privacy in the shared spaces like LR, kitchen, fireplace, sunroom and backyard, while other tenant is traveling.

Only exception would be when landlord's parents are visiting from Ohio. They visit for 7 - 10 days at a time, and no more than 3 to 4 times in the year, during fall and winter seasons. Adequate notice will be provided prior to other tenant's parents visiting.
