2. Rent payment schedule can be every 2 weeks or monthly, on 1st of every month.
3. Rent prorated for the no. of days occupied in the month remaining, if moving in prior to the 1st of the month.
4. Security deposit of 1-month's rent is required and is not negotiable.

Other room is occupied mainly as storage for the other tenant who travels a lot and comes in occasionally to gather his belongings in between travel or if any of the other tenant's guest are visiting they stay in their room. Due to limited occupancy of the other tenant, this tenant will have the additional advantage of privacy in the shared spaces like LR, kitchen, fireplace, sunroom and backyard, while other tenant is traveling.
