One of two rooms are available in a house located in the beautiful, quiet MorningView neighborhood. Owners/family live on the 2nd and 3rd floor of house. We respect privacy and ask the same in return.
Private entrance to 1st floor with 2 fully furnished, cozy bedrooms with carpet and a shared, large hallway bathroom.
Each room has a closet, full size bed, side table, desk, chair and a 40” inch television mounted on the wall.
Lease includes shared 1st floor kitchen with one roommate - plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space, dining table, stove/oven, washer/dryer. Game room and living room with television are shared communal spaces with other roommate and home owner.
Deck overlooks large backyard with a lot of trees so enjoy the view from the table and chairs.
Amenities also include access to the community pool and tennis courts.
Great location close to shopping (Mall of Georgia, Sugarloaf Mills), highway 85, parks and hiking trails nearby. Downtown Atlanta just a short drive away!
