Room A with private balcony

I'm looking for someone (ladies preferred, afab nonbinary are also welcome) to rent the extra rooms in my house in Snellville, Norris lake. I'm an artist and would love to have a roommate with creative hobbies.
I will also rent both rooms together to one person for 900 which includes utilities.
All utilities are included. There's office space and desks provided in the house. There are steps within the house. There's a shared balcony and one of the rooms has its own large private balcony. The bathroom is shared between the 2 rooms. I have my own separate bathroom.
The rooms are unfurnished but I can provide furniture if necessary. There's a good amount of extra storage space in the house as well.
The neighborhood has a tennis court, a pool, sandy beach and lake access, a club house, a community garden, and a few parks and trails around the lake.
I'm a muslim that wears hijab so I do not want any men to stay over night at my house.
1 cat could be accepted with a pet fee.
