The open area is about 400 square feet, so more than. a room. This is not a shared space! It includes a queen bed, a sitting area with a TV, kitchenette with a Refrigerator, sink station, microwave and a lot of basic small appliances. There is a private deck area for you to relax. This is a perfect setup for a minimalistic person and it is a single occupancy rental. No pets or smoking allowed. Laundry can be done in house when scheduled and parking space for tenant and one guest. Great for a minimalist person and has a loft concept with a curtain closure by the bed area.
