Renting a spacious Furnished room in snellville, off Everson rd (hewitt rd) and hwy 124. The room is furnished with a queen suite, 50" smart tv, Rent includes all utilities, internet and washer and dryer. You share the hallway bathroom with one other person. There is no smoking or drug use of any kind allowed in the house and no pets. You are required to clean up after yourself in the public areas of the house. You are allowed to have overnight guest as long as they leave when you leave and they respect the rules of the house and not a disturbance. There should not be an influx of strangers going in and out of the house. The environment of the house is pretty relaxed, people are usually at work or in the rooms unless they decide to eat in the kitchen, There is ZERO drama and the new roommate must be the exact same way. you will share the house with 2 black males and 1 white male ages 22-70 Everyone usually is at work or in their rooms so the house is usually pretty quiet and relaxed. I will sign 6months or 1 year lease. You will need to provide a copy of your DL , last 2 weeks paystubs, last 2 months bank statements and first and last month to move in ($1600) the house is off everson rd and 124. Within 10 min drive to all the stores and malls in snellville. And on 124 or hwy 78.

im also willing to rent weekly at $275 a week and 1st and last week to move in.
