Looking for roommate

Hi im rob! I have a room available in my townhouse; the room has a shared bathroom. All shared common areas are furnished. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and has a stable job. I'm asking $750 for the room, which includes utilities and internet. The first month's rent must be paid before the move-in date. It will be a month-to-month contract. A little about me: I have two dogs and one cat; I have a soft spot for animals, I like nature, and gaming. I'm very clean and usually clean or do maintenance on the house, so I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I'm a lead supervisor for a company that designs logos for other companies.
